The FireIce^® ST Lithium-ion Battery Active Suppression Kit automatically detects elevated temperatures to cool, suppress, and prevent battery runaway. Its modular design keeps potential incidents contained by dispensing cooling FireIce^® ST gel only to compartments where temperatures reach 165° F (customization available for higher or lower temperatures). FireIce^® ST cools and suppresses only where needed and prevents the spread of runaway to adjacent battery cells.
