We wanted to pass along the attached article, which demonstrates the wide and growing usage of FireIce in the fight against wildfires nationwide. As Kristin Dodd of the U.S. Forest Service mentions in the article, the U.S. Forest Service has high hopes for FireIce.

“We’re optimistic it’s a product we can use in coming years,” she said. “These planes (loaded with FireIce) allow us to box in a fire and keep it small.”
